The EZCT-10 is a microprocessor-based, current-transformer test set. This rugged and portable test set can perform the current transformer (CT) excitation, CT current-ratio, and winding polarity tests. Current transformers can be tested in their fi eld-mounted confi guration, eliminating the need to remove bushings or current transformers from the host equipment. The EZCT-10 uses a heavy-duty transformer to perform the CT excitation test. It is capable of outputting 50 Vac at 10A and 200 Vac at 10A.

The EZCT-2000C is Vanguard’s third-generation microprocessor-based current transformer test set. Designed specifically for CT testing, the EZCT-2000C has the following outstanding features that can greatly increase productivity and save time during the commissioning stage : Performs CT excitation, current-ratio, polarity, and phase angle tests, measures insulation resistance and winding resistance of the CT secondary windings, Measures the CT’s load burden and standalone or computer-controlled via USB or Bluetooth wireless interface. Current Transformer Test Set - Vanguard EZCT2KA
The EZCT-2KA is Vanguard’s third-generation microprocessor-based current transformer test set. The EZCT-2KA can perform the current transformer (CT) excitation test, measure the CT winding resistance and CT current-ratio automatically. All of the EZCT-2KA’s test leads can be connected to the CT output terminals (X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5), eliminating the need for lead switching during testing. Test voltage output is automatically raised and lowered by the EZCT-2KA without any operator intervention. With up to 2000 Vac excitation test voltage available, the EZCT-2KA can easily perform excitation tests on very large CT’s.

The MTO210 transformer ohmmeter is a line-operated, field-portable instrument designed specifically to measure the dc resistance of all types of magnetic windings safely and accurately. It can test transformers and rotating machine windings and perform low-current resistance measurements on connections, contacts and control circuits. The Transformer Ohmmeter is extremely useful when testing the windings and contact resistance of tap-changers with “make-before-break” contacts and voltage regulators. Hand-held Transformer Tester – Megger TTR25-1
The Megger TTR25-1 is an automatic hand-held battery operated transformer turns ratio test set. It is used to measure the turns ratio, excitation current and polarity of windings in single- and three-phase distribution and power transformers (tested phase by phase), potential & current transformers, and tapped transformers. The unique design of the TTR25-1allows the user to operate the test set while holding it in one hand. Hand-held Transformer Tester – Megger TTR100-1
Megger TTR100-1 is a handheld, robust, lightweight and battery operated instrument. This TTR will complement several existing Megger transformer test products and will offer functions, such as winding resistance and polarity. These functions, as well as the phase angle measurement function, can be switched off when not required. With a turn ratio of 20,000:1, the TTR100-1 offers the highest turns ratio accuracy in the industry of 0.1%. The TTR100-1 features special software capabilities.
