The integrated Pythagoras theorem also allows for the user to take indirect measurements. Other features include continuous measurement function with Min/Max distance tracking updates every 0.5 seconds, addition/subtraction, and front or rear edge reference. The DT300 has a double molded housing (IP54), low battery indicator, auto power-off function and comes complete with a carrying case and 2 AAA batteries.
